is an author, wellness advocate, entrepreneur, wife, mother, homesteader, and woman of faith whose passion for health and healing was born from her own life-changing journey.
After receiving a breast cancer diagnosis and facing an uncertain future, Kelley began searching deeply for ways to support her body, strengthen her faith, and become an active participant in her own health. What followed transformed not only the way she cared for her body, but also the way she viewed nutrition, environment, stress, faith, and everyday living.
Her journey has included both conventional medical care and integrative wellness practices, along with nutrition, juicing, fasting, movement, sunlight, grounding, restorative therapies, and a renewed commitment to caring for the body God created. Through it all, her faith in Jesus became the foundation that carried her through the hardest days and gave her hope when circumstances told her otherwise.
Today, Kelley is grateful to be living with a renewed sense of purpose and a passion for helping others become more informed and intentional about their own wellness.
She is the author of Where Healing Takes Root, a book inspired by the lessons, research, practices, and experiences that shaped her own journey. Her heart is not to tell others exactly what they should do, but to encourage them to ask questions, advocate for themselves, and discover practical ways to support a healthier life—body, mind, and spirit.
Kelley and her husband own and operate multiple businesses, and when she isn’t writing or sharing about wellness, you’ll usually find her working on one of their many ventures, spending time with her family, or with her hands in the soil of her Kentucky garden.
Above all, Kelley hopes her story reminds others that even in life’s most difficult seasons, there is still room for faith, hope, purpose, and healing.
“My journey began with a diagnosis, but it became a calling—to learn, to live differently, and to use what I’ve learned to encourage others along the way.”
